I kept meeting talented groomers who desperately wanted to work for themselves — to show up for themselves, set their own standards, and build something independent. But I also knew firsthand just how brutal the traditional path to business ownership really is.
Construction nightmares, permit battles, personal guarantees, six-figure buildouts — and that's all before you even touch your first dog. I watched skilled professionals stay stuck in corporate chains not because they lacked drive, but because entrepreneurship felt financially impossible.
That's when it hit me: groomers needed a third option. So I decided to take on all the traditional risks myself — the construction headaches, the permitting battles, the massive upfront investment — to create something that's never existed: professional grooming suites ready for immediate operation. No barriers, no impossible hurdles, just a clear path to independence.
